This white wine offers a captivatingly aggressive odour, which develops concentration and substance in the nose. In terms of taste, the cuv\u00e9e paints a picture of colossal green and yellow tones. It balances crisp light yellow fruits and yeast extracts, acidity and texture in unbelievable perfection.<\/p>\n
2017 NYMPHE VOM MONTFORT<\/b><\/p>\n
More mature and confident than the 2016 Nymphe, it immediately presents a beautifully silky texture with a subtle, fresh acidity. The yellow fruit tones run very clearly through the taste picture. Everything seems denser, more conspicuous and more intense. None of the aromas wants to play the leading role, but in the end they all radiate a perfect picture.<\/p>\n
