Die Cuvée Villa Kellermann, Extra Brut, 3g Dosage, Jahrgang 2012, verbreitet am Gaumen eine strahlende Frische. In Verbindung mit seiner knackigen Säure sorgt das für eine elegante Spannung. Töne von Holunderblüte und grünem Apfel vermitteln im Abgang ein bezauberndes Gefühl von Gelassenheit. Als ob man von der Terrasse auf den Heiligensee blicken würde.

In France, the process of bottling wine is referred to as cuvée. “Grand Cuvée” or “Cuvée Prestige” indicates a higher quality of wine.
THE PHILOSOPHY
“Wine tells stories” is André Macionga’s philosophy. Wine is incredibly versatile and complex, varying in texture, taste and smell.
KAMANIMA
Despite the young age of this wine, it is full-bodied, spicy and masculine. The longevity can be felt out: In the future “Kamanima” will remain an impressive pleasure.
KOMPLEX19
A spicy smoky smell with a discreet scent of cloves penetrates the nose. On the palate, I taste ripe sour cherry, juicy plum and sweet wild raspberry.
ES IST WIE ES IST
It all started with “Es ist wie es ist”. These cuvées were the first creations from André Macionga, They are complex wines with remarkable aromas and extensive flavors.
NYMPHE VOM MONTFORT
On the palette, the texture of the cuvée is fresh and silky. The whole thing is underlined by a bright yellow fruity note as well as a fine line of acidity that pulls through the whole taste.
UNARTIG
Freshly opened, the wine leaves an aroma of immature melon in combination with the acidity of a crisp green apple. Its a shade of bright green and yellow.
FREIGEIST
When the bottle is opened, an aura of great freedom and infinite possibilities spreads out. Like a ghost, an aroma, reminiscent of quinces, suddenly pulls through the sense of smell.
HILDA
At the end of the journey, as the bottle slowly draws to a close, the best glass by far is still to come. The oxygen is incredibly good for the wine. The olfactory picture now seems to have arrived stylishly in its complexity.
CHAMPAGNER
Immediately after opening the bottle, an incredibly vivid picture of a refreshing day by the sea emerges. An aromatic wave of exotic aromas, marked by yellow-green stone fruits, arrives with the recipient.
