Tasting note

The scent of subtle burgundy and stone fruit flutters towards us immediately after opening. The fresh, silky texture of the cuvée is underlined by a light, yellow fruity note and forms a wonderful finishing touch with the fine acidity, which runs like a red thread through the entire taste profile.

After a while, light herbal tones, a little lemongrass, a hint of anise and a fabulous spice appear in the world of smell. The aroma is reflected on the palate and accompanied by delicate nutty tones. The mineral notes are now even more noticeable and the wine looks even more vital with the floral and fruit of pineapple and subtle apple tones. The Cuvée Nymphe vom Montfort 2016 impresses with its characteristic of being Burgundian in every respect. A revelation of our favorite style.
