Tasting note

Freshly opened, this cuvée greets us with a wild, almost Nordic interplay of pear, apple, tomato peel and buttered tomato stock, fermented Sangohachi, white grapes, white cabbage and pickled radish. On the palate, on the other hand, sweetness merges with extract and exoticism and exudes pure emotion, love and joy. Aromas of star and dragon fruit, elderberry and the texture of a white peach create an almost erotic drinking flow. Absolutely graceful and with an exciting lightness, every drop of Cuvée Unartig 2016 dances down the palate.

The variety and excitement of this wine is enormous. After an hour it amazes with a scent combination of tar, tree bark, the exoticism of passion fruit and the green of a carrot. Like a multivitamin juice to which onions and celery have been added, it nestles against the palate in its green, white, blue and yellow tones and beguiles with its diversity.
