Tasting notes

The first thing that appears in the nose is the strong smell of dried fruit. As soon as the bottle is opened, the wine presents itself in a colorful world of aromas. Complex aromas, exciting textures and a lot of sophistication. In addition, the scents of ginger, galangal and rose blossom can be heard in the nose. Fantastic. The aroma world of the nose is also reflected in the first palate contact. The texture resembles the finest cashmere. The flavors unfold quickly. The bouquet of this cuvée is undoubtedly sophisticated.

If I hold my nose, into the glass after have given it some air, I smell a dry sweetness and see clear, orange tones in front of me. The variety of spices that soar in my nose make me fly straight to India in a split second. The creamy texture remains. The mouth can also taste this palette of spices. They remind me of a palm beach. Accompanied by strong beeswax and earthy peat. Then it gets tropical: The acidity of passion fruit, the sweetness of mango and the flowery smell of vanilla pod complete the flavor. Subtle structures of dry leather round off the tropical note in the finish.
