Tasting note

The first thing that appears is a strong smell of exotic fruits in a dark yellow tone. In addition, the scent of lychee resonates subtly. On the palate I taste ripe Williams pears and quince at the beginning. The texture is lovely and appears to be slightly waxy. A fresh citrus acid underlines the entire bouquet and makes the cuvée look particularly full.

With air the wine now appears denser than before. The light taste of elderberry is surprising. Even now I breathe in the intensely exotic note. Ripe melon and a hint of cumin complete the scent. It becomes softer and fruity on the palate. The acid has a more subtle and rounder effect and thus accompanies the aromas in the finish. The quince turns more into apple, and the note of kumquat resonates in the acidity. These taste images remind me of a ripe, white burgundy. The oxidative tones resemble a bottle of fine Corton Chalemagne from the 70s.
