Roast aromas in the nose and on the palate. In combination with fully dense notes of cassis, leather and light plum tones, the result is an excitingly dancing aromatic play. Even with just a small sip, the sensation on the palate is extremely mouth-filling, without appearing oily or over-extracted.
Tasting note
Even the first sip of this animalistic, classy wine feels like the moment when you race down a roller coaster for the first time. A real adrenaline rush. Kamanima is so complex and direct in its concentration, but without appearing lush or fat.
With a little air, the density in the first taste profile turns into an offensive class. The smell of green fresh olives paired with the smell of a dry aged beef on the grill and light rosemary tones only gives an idea of the variety of aromas of this wine. With its enormous flavor, race and class, Kamanima has an athletically broad cross and is a highly complex, three-dimensional drinking experience.
