Tasting note

The very first nose, the first sip, run like loud screams through the bone and make it clear: this wine wants to be heard. Penetrating aromas of banana curry and caramelized pineapple overlap with the scent of sliced ​​banana leaves and are curbed in the last second by the meager, dry finish. What remains on the palate is a wide range of exotic fruits, the thought of the first time a year on the beach.

Opened longer, the wine is now even more complete and dense with a wonderful melt. The subtle exoticism paired with the fruity freshness leave a mix of golden kiwi and passion fruit on the palate. In the further sip, exoticism, freshness and fruit meet delicate pastry tones such as crumble cake, butter and flour. Voilà, the perfect fruit tart. The Cuvée Unartig 2017 is welcome fun for any time of day and, despite its youthfulness, is already profound.
