Tasting notes

It is the salty minerality that makes me drive my mind to France, to the Bay of Arcachon. A note that reminds me of mussels combined with a floral fragrance. The freshly opened bottle has discreet, resinous notes on the palate with a youthful fresh acidity.

With air, the wine appears more and more complete in the nose, but still fresh. The taste of Vongole, perfectly prepared, refined with mint and basil, freshly picked from the garden, fills my nose. Now the drinking acid on the palate rises. The texture becomes resin-like. Surprisingly, the journey now goes to the Orient. Raisins, saffron, orange, a hint of caraway and a delicate sweetness of violet violets round off the picture of the aromatic world harmoniously. This cuvée is as enchanting for the senses as a thousand and one nights.
